POLYETHYLENE FOAM INSULATION
The polyethylene foam assures thermal insulation from surroundings.
Low density polyethylene foam: closed cells foam, CFC and HCFC gases free, according to CEE/UE 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity: at 40°C λ = 0,038 W/(mK), as per ISO 8497.
Moisture diffusion coefficient: µ = 6.100 according to EN 13469 (µ= 19.700 if required).
Average bulk density: 30 kg/m³
Surface covering: to grant repair from mechanical damages.
Colour: GREY.
Thickness: according to UNI 10376, suitable to avoid dripping in standard working conditions (fluid temperature inside 7°C, room temperature 27°C, relative humidity lower or equal than 50%).
Fire resistance: self-extinguish class 1, according to DM 26/06/1984 up-dated DM 03/09/2001.
Marking: insulation is marked progressively every meter.
Applications: refrigerating systems, hot and cold drinking water supply.

Pex/Al/Pex COMPOSITE PIPE
Pex/Al/Pex composite pipe is the well known metal-plastic pipe which combines metal and plastic advantages, that means corrosion resistance to aggressive fluids, low thermal conductivity, weight reduction, lower noise, aluminium oxygen barrier, dimension stability, low linear expansion. Composite pipes Pex/Al/pex compound two Pex layers with an intermediate aluminium layer tightly coupled by a special glue.
Standards: Aenor according to UNE 53961 EX, EMI (Hungary), and UNI EN ISO 21003. Suitable for drinking water.
Working conditions: operating pressure: 10 bar, max operation temperature 95°C, malfunction temperature 100°C.
